I keep asking myself why I came here for school, but then I remembered. I promised Lily I would try to get a college education away from the Manhattan life. It's only a semester, right? Then I can go back home and pretend this place never happened. Except that there are parts I like about it. I've known Mokuba for a while, and while he's nothing like me, I'm glad we got closer being here. I've also met some other really good friends. They're just... not my friends from Manhattan. I really miss Nate, he got me like no one else... and Serena, as much as I annoyed her, I know there's something deep down in her that actually liked our fighting.
Back to school. I had never liked school. I only stayed in St. Jude's to prove to dad I wasn't a slacker, but to me graduating was enough. A part of me wonders if dad was partly behind Lily's request. Of course he wouldn't ask me himself. Though he might have been right in not asking me, my answer may have been different then. I don't know for sure. Anyway, I hadn't planned on attending college. I applied to some to look good, but getting in was never important to me. Going to college was never important to me. That's why I still don't know what I want to major in. Nothing interests me enough to spend four years studying for it.

I joined this network because I thought it would be something like reading Gossip Girl. I was wrong.
